Welcome to the Notiform Q2 2026 release. Our team has been hard at work over the past few months developing powerful new features and enhancements designed to improve your workflow and streamline screen management. We are excited to share what is newly available on the platform.

A Redesigned Dashboard Experience

The Notiform dashboard has undergone a complete redesign to optimise navigation and efficiency. The interface is now centred around a powerful main search bar, allowing you to locate anything across the platform rapidly.

Additionally, we have introduced quick-access cards at the bottom of the dashboard. These enable you to jump straight back into your most recently viewed screens or sites, significantly reducing navigation time.

Enhanced Screen Capabilities

We have expanded our hardware support and screen functionality in this release.

Raspberry Pi Support

Alongside our existing support for Samsung Tizen displays, Notiform can now run on our custom Raspberry Pi application. This major addition means you can bring Notiform to any existing screen using a simple USB-powered device, making deployment more flexible and cost-effective than ever.

Schedules, Tags, and Powerful New Widgets

We have made improvements to our scheduling and tagging systems to keep your fleet organised. In addition, we have added a variety of new widgets for overlaying dynamic information on your displays. You can now generate QR codes to share links or Wi-Fi credentials seamlessly. Furthermore, we have introduced multi-timezone clocks, along with enhanced image and text field widgets, giving you more creative control over your content.

Automated Billing Beta

We're starting to roll out support for credit and debit card payments for Notiform subscriptions directly within the platform. If you'd like to switch over your organisation, please reach out to us at support@notiform.app

Enterprise Security Features

Security remains a top priority, and we have introduced several advanced features to protect your organisation's data:

  • Advanced Authentication Methods: We now offer passkey authentication and the ability to enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) across your organisation.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Full SAML support is now available for seamless enterprise access.
  • Comprehensive Audit Logging: Track platform actions and user access with our new logging system, which includes real-time risk level analysis for enhanced threat detection.
