How to reset your password
Overview
If you're having trouble logging in to your Notiform account or have forgotten your password, here's how to reset it to get back into your account
Reset your password when logged out
- Go to the reset password page
- Enter your email address to confirm your account then click Reset
- Check your email inbox for the verification code, enter this into Notiform and then click Verify
If you don't receive your verification code within 1-2 minutes, check your spam folder
- Choose a new password. It must be at least 8 characters, with at least one lower and uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
- Click Change to save your new password
You should now be able to login to your Notiform account
Change your password when logged in
- Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen on the Notiform platform then choose My account
- Click Change password
- Check your email inbox for the verification code, enter this into Notiform and then click Verify
- Choose a new password. It must be at least 8 characters, with at least one lower and uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
- Click Change to save your new password
Your Notiform account password has now been changed
